My Story
I discovered massage therapy following a significant health crisis that forced me to change the trajectory of my life. For years, I had been living in survival mode, going through the motions, completely disconnected from my body. One day, my body got tired of being ignored and my life as I knew it came crashing down.
It took me two years to recover from my stress related illness, and after going through my healing journey, I knew I couldn't go back to my past life. I had to forge a new path.

Massage therapy was key in helping me slow down and reconnect with my senses. On a whim, I signed up for a massage therapy course, and the rest was history.
I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and take responsibility for their own health and well-being. Through my practice, I hope that you forge a deeper connection with your own body & discover ultimate health & well-being.
